Park Crossing Apartments in Maple Shade, NJ is a horrible development that concentrates on ripping off their tenants. The place has no parking and people park illegally. They have no problems hitting you for fees but they are not good at making this place your home. They are owned by Riverstone residential. Do not move here. You will regret it.

Park Crossing Apartments Maple Shade NJ Parking Problems

Park Crossing Apartments in Maple Shade NJ has no problems ripping off resident for random late fees but they do have a problem providing parking for residents. I have a pass and I am a legitimate tenant that has been paying my bills and never cause this association any problems. Every time I come home I have no where to park. This is 12 degrees outside at 3:45am on a Sunday morning. Watch me walk home from this far distance on icey pavement. Do not move to Park Crossing Apartments in Maple Shade, NJ. This is a rip off.

Very nice apartments but the office staff is very unprofessional. They are always making mistakes and telling you that you owe money that you do not. I am still waiting for repairs on my apartment from 3 months ago and when I inquire about them,they keep saying they have ordered the parts. Can't wait until my lease is up!!!

never rent appartment from park crossing thay r so rude we was there for appartment we put diposit for appartment still thay did not give us and now thay said is we dont give diposit back alwas rudly.... never seen like this befor..........................................................................................................................................................................................................................thank you

I work late nights and come home to NO PARKING every night and have to walk by myself at 2am..... NOT COOL and NOT SAFE!!!!

Some renters have 3+ cars..... They need to create more parking, this has been an issue for years now.... If it snows, you are out of luck!!!!! Just park at Cherry Hill Mall and walk back to your apt.

Management is a joke!

do not move here very expensive no parking when it snows they dont shovel the walk ways call and complain and nothing ever gets done about it they think its a joke management here sucks

The court that I live in has over three times as many parking spots as it does apartments, yet I have no place to park my car. You'd think $1300/month would come with a parking spot. I don't know why it's so hard for the management to set up assigned parking (I'll buy the paint! Just tell me which spot is mine!). Why do the 13 people in the one apartment down the street have spots for all 9 of their cars, yet I don't have a single spot to park my ONE car. I actually talked some guy out of moving here the other day. He was walking around with his wife trying to decide if they wanted to move here. When I complained to him about the lack of assigned parking, he told me that half of the reason they were moving out of the city was because they were tired of not being able to park near their home. He then thanked me and decided to look elsewhere for a new home.

I am home maybe two days a week. I had submited my rent at the right time and it seemed to be on time. I come home and my rent was dropped off at my door with a memo that I owe a late fee. I went to go pay it in person and was willing to pay it just to not deal with the issues and I am told that they already filed something with their attorney. Now I owe them another $250 because they decided to start eviction process. This is all because I was not home for 2 days and was not around to handle this. This place is ridiculous. Their bookkeeper, Inna is ridiculous and is all about giving residents a hard time instead of making a simple phone call. Funny thing though, they have no problems extorting me for money but when I get home from a long trip I cannot even find a parking spot to park my car. I have a legitimate parking pass and I am entitled to park outside of my house. Instead I get stuck parking 3 blocks away and walking in 12 degree weather. Do not rent your apartment at this place. This place is horrible.

Park Crossing Apartments in Maple Shade, NJ is not what it seems. Look for other alternatives as this place is a ripoff. Horrible Place. I travel a lot on business and get home very late at night. When I moved in they gave me a parking pass. What good is it to have a parking pass if I can't even park my car? The other night I got home and parked my car 3 blocks away from my apartment. It was 12 degrees off and I did not have warmer clothes on. By the time I got to my door my fingers were freezing. I saw cars parked illegally and even blocking other cars from leaving their spots. Buyer Beware. Do not move here. It is not as great as it seems.

This was the worst experience I ever had.

The apartment was old.

The maintenance was horrible.

One night when I got home, they left me a note that I couldn't use the bath, toilet bowl and kitchen until they fixed the drain problem!!! I came home late and expected a hot shower.

Instead, I couldn't cook for dinner or even pee!! They didn't finish the job during the day and just left the work over-night!! What a nice service!!

Safety was another big concern.

I lost my car 10 feet away from my bedroom.

Yes, just 10 feet in front of my bedroom.

My car was equipped with alarm and the Club.

But still, it was just vanished.

Maple Shade is only 15 mins away from Camden City -- the Most Dangerous City in the nation, you figure it out.

The management was horrible and unfriendly.

They left me no choice but moved to somewhere else.

This has been the worst place I have ever lived.

there is no place for the kids to play so thay are playing ball around the cars.

the cars are getting dents in them.

My naighbor just had her window broke.

It was more important to put a drive through trash area then a park.

When you tell the office they said to call the police on the kids.

Thats how much they care about us.

The property manager is very unprofessional she is always talking about other staff members and other people who live there.

maintenance I dont know how they get anything done they have different people there every day.

The parking here is bad, they don't have enough parking for everyone.

Wait until it snows and you spent hours out there shoveling and someone takes your spot.

They do the wosrt cleanup with the snow
